From purchase, what are the delivery times?

Once you get the order confirmation email, the processing and delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days.

In the event that the purchased product does not fit, can I return it?

Yes, it is possible to return within and no later than 14 working days from the moment of receipt of the order. The shipping cost for the product you intend to return are at your expense. The delivery address is: Via Santa Maria Fulcorina 13, 20123, Milano (to the kind attention of: Amì Milano). 

Once the returned product has been received, we will proceed with a full refund of the price of the product within 14 working days.

Is it possible to pre-order sold out products?

You can get in contact directly via email at ami.borse.milano@gmail.com and we will take care of your request. If we still have fabric, it will be possible to buy it with an extended delivery time, between 15 and 20 working days.

Is it possible to use multiple discount codes at once?

Discount codes cannot be combined and can be used for a limited period of time. There is no possibility to accumulate multiple discount codes.

In the event that the purchased products, after their constant use, have defects, is it possible to repair / replace the product?

Yes, the repair is on us. Customer will only have to pay shipping costs (except if you bring us the product at the below address: Via Santa Maria Fulcorina 13, 20123, Milano.)

The time range for repair will vary according to individual processes.

Orders placed online can be collected directly at the below address: Via Santa Maria Fulcorina 13, 20123, Milano. We remind you that the Order must not contain any Pre-order or Custom product.
